1 General Terms
C2222 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and beyond. By accessing the c2222 website or using any of its services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
C2222 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and, where possible, communicated via email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

4 Bonuses & Promotions
C2222's bonus and promotions program is an exclusive benefit for our users. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions must be observed:
- Welcome Bonus: New members can receive up to a 100% bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify.
- Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with a specific wagering requirement (typically 15x–30x). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.
- Bonus Validity: Each bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus will expire after this period.
- Multiple Bonuses: More than one bonus cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
- Cashback & Rebate: Separate terms and conditions may apply to weekly cashback and VIP rebates.
- Bonus Abuse: If we suspect that a user is abusing the bonus system, we reserve the right to cancel that account's bonuses.
5 Betting Rules
When placing bets on c2222, the following rules must be followed at all times:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless c2222 grants an exception under special circumstances.
- The outcome of every bet depends on a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live results. No outcome is predetermined.
- If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, c2222 reserves the right to correct them.
- We are not responsible for unconfirmed bets during live betting caused by network issues.
- If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be fully refunded.
C2222 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting activity. Any involvement in match fixing or other fraudulent conduct will result in permanent account closure.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c2222 platform:
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
- Placing bets automatically using software or bots
- Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems
- Attempting to hack other users' accounts
- Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a minor
- Attempting to pass KYC using fake identity documents or false information
- Threatening or harassing other users
Consequences: Any involvement in the activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of funds, and legal action where necessary.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
C2222 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances:
- Violations of the Terms & Conditions
- If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- If KYC Verification Fails
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
- At the user's own request
If there is a remaining balance at the time of account closure and no violations have occurred, a refund will be arranged. However, bonus funds may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.
